I lost my younger brother in a tragic accident while he was searching for a job, desperately trying to find his place in the world. His sudden passing was not only the loss of someone I loved dearly but also a heartbreaking reminder of how many young people face the same daily struggle: a lack of opportunities, the absence of dignity in work, and the crushing weight of uncertainty about the future.
In those dark days, grief could have easily become an empty wound, something that consumed me without purpose. But instead, I chose to turn that pain into action. I made a promise to myself, and to his memory, that I would not let his story end without meaning. I would not allow other young people to carry the same hopelessness that he felt in his final days.
